Shopping malls are largely public areas shared by everyone be it to shop or just hang out on a day out. But they don't necessarily come with free parking which might be an issue for motorists. Let's take a closer look at most of the famous shopping malls in Bangkok and what they charge for parking!

Each mall has their varying parking charges so before heading over to some of Bangkok's famous malls, be sure to check first how much they charge for parking at the mall to avoid a rude surprise when you make payment. Sometimes a cheaper place to park is just a short distance away and some malls offer parking discounts when you spend a certain amount at the mall!

Central World

• Free parking for the first 2 hours
• The next hour’s parking cost is 20 THB per hour
• For more than 6 hours of parking, the cost is 50 THB per next hour
• When purchasing goods and services more than 500 THB, get free parking for 5 hours (including the first 2 hours)
• When purchasing goods and services more than 1,500 THB, get free parking for 7 hours (including the first 2 hours)
• When purchasing goods and services more than 5,000 THB, get free parking for 12 hours (including the first 2 hours)

Central Ladprao

• Free parking for the first hour
• 3 hours of parking, pay 20 THB
• 4 hours of parking, pay 40 THb
• 5 hours onwards of parking, the cost is 50 THB per next hour
• When purchasing goods and services more than 2,000 THB, get free parking for 3 hours
• When purchasing goods and services more than 4,000 THB, get free parking for 4 hours
• When purchasing goods and services more than 7,000 THB, get free parking for 6 hours
• Quick Parking on G Floor, free parking for the first hour then 50 THB per hour (no discount)

Central Rama 9

• Free parking for the first 2 hours
• The next hour’s parking cost is 20 THB per hour
• When purchasing goods and services more than 500 THB, get free parking for 4 hours then 20 THB per hour
• When purchasing goods and services more than 1,500 THB, get free parking for 6 hours then 20 THB per hour
• Free parking for the first 2 hours at Quick Parking then 50 THB per hour (can’t add more free parking hours)

• When purchasing goods and services more than 500 THB, get free parking for 8 hours (including the first 6 hours)
• When visiting the Pororo Aqua Park, get free parking for 10 hours (including the first 6 hours)

• Free parking at general parking spots
• Free parking for 90 minutes at Quick Parking
• Free parking for the first 90 minutes at G Floor parking then 50THB per next hour (fraction of a minute is equal to 1 hour)

Central Rama 2

• Free parking for the first 4 hours
• 5-6 hours of parking, the cost is 20 THB per hour
• 7 hours onwards of parking, the cost is 50 THB per hour
• For 500 THB receipt, get free additional parking for 2 hours (total of 6 hours of free parking)
• For 1,500 THB receipt, get free additional parking for 4 hours (total of 8 hours of free parking)
• Free parking for 90 minutes at Quick Parking then 50 THB per next hour (can’t add more free parking hours)

Central Rama 3

• Free parking for 90 minutes at Quick Parking
• 50 THB per next hour (or part thereof)

Central Chidlom

• Free parking for the first 2 hours
• 30 THB per next hour
• For 800 THB receipt, get free additional parking for 2 hours (total of 4 hours of free parking)
• For 3,000 THB receipt, get free additional parking for 4 hours (total of 6 hours of free parking)
• For 6,000 THB receipt, get free additional parking for 6 hours (total of 8 hours of free parking)
• In case of no receipt, pay 30 THB per hour for parking fee

• Free parking for the first 3 hours if you watch a movie, visit Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World or exercise at Fitness First, then 30 THB per next hour
• When purchasing goods and services more than 800 THB, get free parking for 4 hours then pay 30 THB per next hour
• When purchasing goods and services more than 3,000 THB, get free parking for 6 hours then pay 60 THB per next hour

• When purchasing goods and services more than 1,000 THB, get free parking for the first 6 hours then pay 60 THB per next hour

• If you're heading to Fitness First or Spa services, get free parking for the first 4 hours, 5-6 hours of parking is 20 THB per hour and more than 7 hours is 50 THB per hour (fraction of an hour that exceeds 30 minutes is counted as 1 hour)
