Delivery Timeline and Market Availability
Tesla confirmed that both Standard models will be available exclusively in the United States for now, with deliveries expected between November and December 2025.
There’s no official word yet on whether these models will be offered in other markets, including Thailand, though local EV enthusiasts are hopeful that the more affordable pricing could eventually make its way overseas.
Tesla’s Strategy: Making EVs More Accessible
By introducing these new Standard trims, Tesla aims to broaden its customer base by offering more accessible price points while maintaining performance and driving range comparable to its premium models.
Starting from just $36,990, the Model 3 and Model Y Standard mark a significant step toward making Tesla’s EV lineup more inclusive — and a bold move in the increasingly competitive global electric vehicle market.
