I contacted them via Line to request a car appraisal. The staff responded very quickly and I sent information and photos to Motorist for an initial price estimate. A staff member responded very promptly and provided a clear explanation of the price. We scheduled a viewing and finalized the price. **I was very impressed with the service and the speed of their response.** *Note: After the Motorist appraises the car, an appointment for a viewing must be scheduled within 48 hours (we scheduled it for whichever day was convenient for us). If more than 48 hours have passed, the quoted price will change.* *If, after the viewing, we are not satisfied with the price, we will not sell the car, and there will be no charges.*
