Chery unveils global trio, TIGGO V, V27, and CHERY Q take centre stage at Beijing Auto Show 2026

Chery Automobile has officially debuted its next generation of flagship models, the TIGGO V, V27, and CHERY Q, at Auto China 2026.

This move signals Chery’s aggressive global expansion, supported by a roadmap to enter 40 new markets, develop 8 global R&D centres, and expand to over 30 production bases worldwide.

Mr Jeff Zhang, CEO of CHERY Brand International, stated: "Every CHERY innovation is inspired by our commitment to 'the family.' We aim to provide safe, high-quality mobility for families globally. Having surpassed the 5-million-unit export milestone in June 2025, we continue to elevate the customer experience through our network of over 1,800 service centres.

The Global Strategic Trio:

• TIGGO V (PHEV SUV): A versatile 7-seater Plug-in Hybrid designed for both urban school runs and serious off-roading. It boasts a ground clearance of 220mm, a full ADAS suite, and an impressive fuel economy of 16.7 km/L.
• Chery V27 (REEV SUV): A rugged, boxy SUV featuring a Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) system. Spanning 5,055mm in length, the V27 offers a 200 km pure electric range and a staggering total range of 1,200km. Notably, the model was showcased in Right-Hand Drive (RHD) configuration, hinting at its imminent arrival in markets like Thailand and the UK.
• CHERY Q (Compact EV): Positioned as the "ultimate value-proposer" in the compact segment, the CHERY Q is tailored for the younger generation, focusing on smart features and comprehensive safety.
