BYD has officially announced the launch of the 2026 BYD ATTO 1 (minor-change) in China.

Power and Range
All variants use a single electric motor providing a maximum output of 55 kW (74 hp) and a maximum torque of 135 Nm. There are two battery sizes available:
- 30.08 kWh: Range of 305 km (CLTC).

Market Situation in Thailand
Although the BYD ATTO 1 was once a highly anticipated model, its launch was not as "explosive" as expected. This is due to strong competitors like the Geely EX2, which has become a hot NEV sensation in Thailand despite its recent launch, as well as other entry-class models with full specifications. Consequently, BYD must move quickly, pushing smart options and features to maintain its existing customer base.
As for Thailand, the previous BYD ATTO 1 model was launched less than a month ago. We must wait and see when the DiPilot 300 with LiDAR will be updated, even though the new version has already debuted in its home country.
