10 June 2026 – MG Sales Thailand has officially disclosed the data for the “NEW MG URBAN,” a 100% electric hatchback locally assembled in Thailand (CKD). The model features multiple premium option upgrades engineered to tackle tropical climates significantly better than the version debuted in the UK. The official retail pricing remains to be anticipated on June 17!

• MAX and ULTRA Grades: 160 hp motor paired with a larger 53.9 kWh battery pack, traveling up to 530 km per charge (NEDC standard). Supports 10-80% DC fast charging in 30 minutes (at 88 kW).

All variants support Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capabilities, discharging power to external electronics at up to 3.3 kW.
