Lexus Japan has officially unveiled the 8th-generation All-New Lexus ES, returning as a premium luxury sedan that fully transitions into the electrified vehicle era. Aiming to answer the needs of executives and business owners demanding smooth dynamics, cabin serenity, and supreme versatility, the vehicle offers choices of both Hybrid and 100% electric powertrains.

Beyond the installation of the Interior Illumination Package offering 6 selectable lighting themes, highlighted by surface-emitting “Bamboo Ambient Light” strips that reflect traditional Japanese luxury, the vehicle is fitted with intelligent Responsive Hidden Switches. These control switches are designed to blend seamlessly into the decorative console materials, reducing visual clutter and maximising minimalism.

For the 100% pure electric model under the ES350e badge, its executive sedan identity is further solidified via the exclusive “Rr Comfort Package.” This premium addition grants power-adjustable reclining rear outboard seats, an extendable Ottoman leg rest, and an automated system to fold and slide the front passenger seat forward to open up the most cavernous legroom space possible.

• Hybrid System: Bearing the ES350h badge, driven by the latest generation petrol engine and electric motor setup, selectable in either Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) or All-Wheel Drive (AWD) configurations.
• 100% EV System: Bearing the ES350e badge, utilized as a Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) single high-efficiency motor layout that travels a maximum distance of up to 670 kilometres per single full charge. Meanwhile, the top-tier ES500e variant implements All-Wheel Drive (AWD) via Dual Motors, delivering a maximum driving range of up to 636 kilometres per charge.

The Lexus ES ranks as one of the most successful and highly popular premium luxury sedan models within the Thai automotive market, particularly among corporate executive fleets, business owners, and 5-star hotel VIP airport shuttle services.

This 8th-generation launch with 100% BEV options and cutting-edge component updates supplied by long-standing partner Toyoda Gosei, serves as a lethal weapon.
