Metro Group has officially unveiled the HONGQI E-HS9, a 100% electric Super Luxury SUV, for the first time in Thailand after being entrusted by China FAW Group Corporation as the official distributor. The model highlights its stately presence, world-class premium design, and cutting-edge technology. Showrooms are now open at One Bangkok and HONGQI MANSION on Rama 2 Road, with a special introductory price of 2,990,000 THB for the first 400 units—a price point even lower than in China.

Design of Stately Elegance

The E-HS9 stands out with its iconic waterfall-style vertical chrome grille and the unique “Red Flag” emblem, which is the signature of the brand. It comes with an AWD dual-motor powertrain delivering high output up to 362 kW (493 hp). 

The HONGQI E-HS9 has also successfully completed the historic “One Belt One Road” journey, covering over 6,000 kilometers from the Great Wall of China, through Laos, to Bangkok, proving the stability of its electric system and the durability of the vehicle.
