Chery Q officially launches, a feature-packed City EV starts at just 449,900 THB

Chery Q announces its price of 449,900 THB with a special launch deal and a Lifetime Warranty. First batch of cars will be delivered this July.

Key Highlights:

• Market Shock Price: Special launch price starts at 449,900 THB (down from the normal price of 469,900 THB), giving an instant 20,000 THB discount.
• 400 km Range: Uses a 122 hp rear-wheel-drive (RWD) electric motor and a 41.27 kWh battery. DC fast charging takes just 16.5 minutes from 30% to 80%.
• Fully Loaded Options: Features a massive 15.6-inch central screen, automatic parking assistant, 21 ADAS safety features, an electric boot, and an electric bonnet.
• Q Talk Feature: First time with a system that lets you talk to people outside the car through a microphone with fun voice-changing options.
• Lifetime Warranty: Gives a lifetime warranty on the high-voltage battery, motor, and control units for customers who book by 31 July 2026.

24 June 2026 – Chery Thailand has officially launched and announced the prices for the Chery Q, a brand-new city EV hatchback under the concept "Cute beyond expectations, complete beyond its class." Thailand is the very first country outside China to launch this model, setting up a fierce battle in the small electric car market.

Unique Design with a Red Dot Award

The Chery Q stands out with its “Square-Circle” design language. It perfectly mixes a cute look, modern style, and sporty shapes. This design even won the global 2026 German Red Dot Product Design Award.

The car is 4,195 mm long, 1,811 mm wide, and 1,574 mm high, with a wide wheelbase of 2,700 mm. Exterior details include Q-shaped LED headlights and taillights, semi-hidden door handles, 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels, and a trendy floating C-pillar roof design.

Spacious Cabin

Inside, the cabin feels bright, open, and comfortable thanks to the clever “Smart Centre Console.” It comes with a fast 50W wireless phone charger, handy storage spaces under the rear seats, and a main highlight: the boot space can grow up to a massive 1,450 litres when you fold the rear seats flat.

Intelligent Technology

• Infotainment Screen: A huge 15.6-inch central touchscreen paired with an 8.88-inch driver display. It supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and lets you choose from 8 cute digital characters to use as your wallpaper buddy.
• Safety Systems: Packed with up to 21 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions, an Automatic Parking Assist (APA) system, and a remote control system through your smartphone.
• Convenience: Features an electric power boot and an electric front bonnet that opens and closes automatically.

Stand Out with the "Q Talk" System

The Chery Q adds a fun, unique feature called Q Talk. This system lets you play 5 pre-recorded voice clips to people outside the vehicle. It also has a microphone that allows the driver to broadcast their own live voice outside for up to 59 seconds, with fun options to change the voice into a cartoon style or a deep, heavy tone. Furthermore, the car supports a high-power 6.6 kW V2L system to power external electrical items. This is double the power of standard EVs on the market, making it perfect for camping and outdoor activities.

Chery Thailand has announced 3 main model grades for the 2026 Chery Q. Special launch offers run from today until 31 July 2026, and the first batch of cars will be delivered to Thai customers immediately within this July.

• Chery Q Qlick: 469,900 THB (Special launch price: 449,900 THB)
• Chery Q Qool: 499,900 THB (Special launch price: 479,900 THB)
• Chery Q Quint: 539,900 THB (Special launch price: 519,900 THB)
