The Leapmotor B10 is built specifically for relaxing weekend family road trips and easy daily commutes.

Its driving dynamics hit a comfortable middle ground, neither aggressively sporty nor uncomfortably soft. The steering is light yet manageable, making the vehicle predictable and easy to drive for parents.

While the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) can feel slightly assertive (with firm steering wheel corrections and sensitive collision alerts), settings can be customized through the central screen.

All three trim levels are powered by a rear-mounted electric motor producing 218 hp (160 kW) and 240 Nm of torque.

Battery capacities and charging speeds differ across the lineup:

• Life Trim (Base): Uses a 56.2 kWh battery pack delivering up to 442 km of driving range (NEDC) and supports 140 kW DC fast charging.
• Style & Design Trims: Upgraded to a 67.1 kWh battery pack providing up to 516 km of range (NEDC) and supporting 168 kW DC fast charging (30–80% in 20 minutes).

Because cabin space is prioritized for passenger legroom, front under-bonnet space is minimal, leaving a modest 25-litre front trunk, ideal primarily for storing charging cables.

Built on Leapmotor's advanced Cell-to-Chassis (CTC) architecture, the B10 maximizes structural rigidity while optimizing interior cabin height.

Measuring 4,515 mm long, 1,885 mm wide, and 1,655 mm high, with a long 2,735 mm wheelbase, it offers noticeably superior interior legroom and headroom compared to price-equivalent rivals.

The rear styling continues the clean, minimalist theme, anchored by a full-width LED light bar with a chequered flag lighting motif.

Note that only the top-tier Design trim comes equipped with a power tailgate. Additionally, all trims omit a rear windscreen wiper, which requires drivers to rely on side mirrors during heavy rain.

Standard boot space provides 420 litres of cargo capacity. Folding the 60:40 split rear seats flat expands cargo volume to between 1,300 and 1,700 litres, with a dual-level adjustable floor partition to create a completely flat loading surface.

The minimalist dashboard removes all physical console buttons, moving gear selection to a column stalk behind the steering wheel. Infotainment is handled by a 14.6-inch 2.5K central touchscreen powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor, featuring responsive built-in navigation with a familiar Google Maps interface.

The top Design Trim adds exclusive comfort upgrades:

• Heated and ventilated front seats.
• Premium 12-speaker surround sound system.
• Panoramic Glass Roof with an electric sunblind.
• 64-colour rhythm-syncing ambient lighting.
