The Zeekr 8X has officially launched in China, the flagship 900V SUV is slated for a global rollout starting in Q3 2026

The ZEEKR 8X has officially unveiled as a new hybrid flagship. Featuring the groundbreaking Super Electric Power (SEP) system, this SUV delivers supercar-level performance wrapped in MPV-grade luxury. 

With a blistering 0–100 km/h time of 2.96 seconds and a high-voltage 900V architecture, the 8X launches in China with a starting price of approximately £40,000 (1.74 Million THB).

The World’s Fastest Hybrid SUV

Built on the SEA-S architecture and ZEEKR’s most advanced SEP Hybrid system, the 8X redefines high-performance utility:

• The standard trim comes equipped with 2.0T PHEV setup paired with dual electric motors, achieving 0–100 km/h in 3.7 seconds.
• The "Black Edition" range-topper features a triple-motor configuration, catapulting the SUV to 100 km/h in a staggering 2.96 seconds, officially the fastest accelerating hybrid SUV in production today.
• Full-stack 900V technology, ensures maximum energy efficiency and thermal management.
• Ultra-Fast Charging with the 70 kWh battery that supports 6C fast charging, allowing a 20-80% top-up in just 9 minutes.
• Offers a pure electric range of 410 km (CLTC) and a total combined range of 1,416 km.

The ZEEKR 8X shatters the myth that high performance equals discomfort. Its 5-seater premium cabin offers space rivaling luxury MPVs, with dimensions of 5,100 x 1,998 x 1,780 mm and a massive 3,069 mm wheelbase.

• Rear seats are inspired by the legendary “Eames Lounge Chair” for ultimate ergonomics.
• Equipped with a bespoke Naim premium sound system for a concert-hall experience on wheels.

Super Intelligence AI Assistant

For the first time globally, ZEEKR introduces a fully integrated AI that merges driving systems with cabin management. Powered by the World Action Model (WAM), the “Super Eva” voice assistant does more than just talk; it acts as a central hub to control vehicle dynamics, suspension, and the G-ASD 4.0 driver assistance system through a single natural command.

Price and Global Availability

The Zeekr 8X is priced competitively against luxury rivals. The standard model ranges from 356,800 – 426,800 Yuan (approx. 1.74M – 2.08M THB), while the exclusive Black Edition sits at 500,800 Yuan (approx. 2.44M THB). Mr Gan Jiayue, CEO of Geely Automobile Group, has confirmed that the 8X will lead the brand's global expansion, with international launches targeted for Q3 2026.
