We are looking for a candidate with a high level of attention to details, ability to multi-task and well organised. You will be a crucial member of the team by providing administrative support to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day operations. The position will be supporting Singapore’s office team in Insurance department as well.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support
- Perform date entry and maintain proper document filing system
- Run errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of items and deliverance of documents
- Manage inbound calls, online enquires and emails
- Assisting in Singapore’s Insurance team in getting quotes from various company
- Ensures proper documentation
- Providing accurate data transmission to other party
- Assist IT department in Application Testing
- Explore and research new technologies and methods in testing
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
